Returns are no problem. If you should decide you do not want an article for whatever reason, you have the right to return it to us within 14 working days of receipt.
Please ensure that the postage paid to return the item is adequate. If the returned parcel is sent with Track & Trace, then keep your proof of postage in a safe place. We cannot accept returns that are not (adequately) paid for, nor will these be credited. Risk lies with the person returning the article.
On receipt of your parcel, we will ensure that the purchase amount is transferred to your bank account as soon as possible. Costs for returning goods are payable by the client, but we will cover the postage costs for the original shipment.
What to do:
1. Send an e-mail with your return request, the order number and the invoice number to email@example.com
2. Send the article back to the address below:
